This Refund Policy outlines our policy regarding refunds for the services provided by Bookkeeping by Christy LLC.
Our Policy

Monthly Services: Our bookkeeping services are provided on a monthly basis. Due to the nature of our service, fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

Service Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your service, please notify us in writing at least 14 days before the start of a new billing period. No refunds will be provided for payments made for services already provided.

Add-On Services: For one-time projects (such as QuickBooks Setup or Catch-Up Bookkeeping), refunds are not provided once work has commenced.

Exceptional Circumstances: In the event of service errors or issues on our part, please contact us and we will work to resolve the matter. Any refunds in such cases will be at our discretion.
